PEPPER CREAM SALAD DRESSING
1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup buttermilk 1 cup sour cream 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp freshly ground, coarse black pepper 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp white vinegar 2 tbsp fresh onion juice (see note below) 1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce 1 tsp salt
Mix above ingredients until creamy. Allow to mellow in refrigerator at least 24 hours before using.
Note: onion juice may be obtained by crushing fresh onion in garlic press or blender.
