3-Bean Turkey Chili (healthy) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 small onion, 1 pound lean ground turkey breast 1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes with jalapenos 1 (10 1/2 oz) can chickpeas, 1 (10 1/2 oz) can black beans, 1 (10 1/2 oz) can kidney beans, 1 (10 1/2 oz) can low-sodium chicken broth 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cumin .12 teaspoon cinnamon .12 teaspoon cayenne
In a large pot, heat the oil on medium-low. Add the onion and saute until soft (about 3 to 5 minutes).
Add the turkey and brown it (about 5 minutes).
Add the remaining ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
