CALIFORNIA COUSCOUS
1 1/2 cups chicken broth 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 1 cup uncooked couscous 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 cups California seedless grapes 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions 2 tablespoons pine nuts
Bring broth and pepper to a boil in small saucepan. Add couscous and lemon juice; mix well, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly to mix and serve warm.
