GARLIC COCKTAIL OLIVES
1 (7 oz.) jar stuffed green olives, drained 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, drained 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 clove garlic, crushed salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients; cover and chill.
Before serving, remove garlic and let olive mixture stand at room temperature several hours.
