AVOCADO CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
1 ripe avocado 3 ounces cream cheese 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon oion salt 2 teaspoons sherry
Peel avocado; mash pulp. Combine remaining ingredients. Add avocado. Cover; chill. Serve with seeded crackers.
Yields 1 1/2 cups.
