Dijon Chicken

1 chicken, cooked and deboned
3 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 ounces evaporated milk
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon parsley
2 cups egg noodles, cooked

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and mix well. Gradually add chicken broth and milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in mustard and seasonings. Add chicken and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
