Now & Later Meatloaf....makes one for dinner and another to freeze, or serve tomorrow for sandwiches.
NOW AND LATER MEATLOAF
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk 2 large eggs 4 slices white sandwich bread 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. dry minced onion 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. ground black pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef (20% fat)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl beat milk and eggs until combined. Tear bread into small bits and add to the milk mixture. Add all seasonings to the milk and bread mixture and combine. Crumble in the ground beef and mix well. Divide into two parts and form each into a loaf shape on a jelly roll pan.
Bake in preheated 325 degree F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
