CROCK POT MEAT LOAF
16 to 18 cheese crackers, crushed 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup chili sauce 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 small onion, chopped 2 tablespoons minced green pepper 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
Crush the crackers. In mixing bowl combine cracker crumbs with milk, chili sauce, eggs, onion, green pepper, salt, and pepper; mix in ground beef. Form into a 6 or 7 inch round loaf. Place in a slow cooking pot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until done. |
