VODKA FETTUCINE
1 medium onion, chopped 4 tablespoons butter 1 cup heavy cream 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, drained 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed 8 ounces tomato sauce 2/3 cup vodka 1/4 pound prosciutto (or ham), diced 1 pound spinach fettucini, cooked as directed parmesan cheese, to taste locatelli cheese, grated to taste
Meanwhile, over medium heat, cook onion in hot butter until tender, about 5 minutes.
Blend in cream heat just to boiling.
Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Toss with the hot, drained pasta.
Serve with the cheese sprinkled over.
