ASIAN MARINADE
1/2 cup fresh orange juice 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 1/3 cup fresh lime juice 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce 3 whole scallions, thinly sliced using white, light green only 1 small jalapeno, sliced thin, crosswise 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 8 thin strips orange zest
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use to marinade shellfish, chicken or pork.
