CHINESE PORK SALAD
1 lb. pork strips 1/2 cup Oriental stir-fry sauce 1/2 red onions, peeled and thinly sliced 1 1/4 lbs. frozen pea pods, thawed and drained 1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained 3 oz. chow mein noodles
Place pork strips in a shallow dish and pour stir-fry sauce over. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.
WHEN READY TO COOK: Remove pork, discarding marinade. Stir-fry pork and onion in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat 4-5 minutes, until pork is cooked throughout.
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
