UNFORGETTABLE WHITE CHOCOLATE FROSTING18 ounces white chocolate baking bar, chopped 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups butter, cut in pieces In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat. Cool until slightly warm. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add butter; beat until fluffy. Gradually add cooled chocolate, beating until well blended. Makes enough frosting for a 9-inch 3-layer cake or a 17 1/2x11 1/2-inch sheet cake. Refrigerate.
