TOMATO TABBOULEH

1 cup bulgur
1 (15 ounce) can Hunt's Ready Tomato Sauce, Chunky Garlic and Herb
1 large cucumber, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
1/2 cup snipped fresh parsley (to serve)

Place bulgur in colander. Rinse with cold water; drain well.

In bowl combine drained bulgur, Hunt's Ready Tomato Sauces Chunky Garlic and Herb, cucumber and onion. Cover and refrigerate for 8-24 hours.

TO SERVE:
Before serving, stir parsley into bulgur mixture.
