CARROT SALAD
1 lb carrots, peeled and grated 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp sour cream 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup flaked coconut 1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate overnight.
