PACIFIC SUN OLIVE OIL DIPPING MIX

1 to 2 oz Pacific Sun Mission/ascolana Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil (red wax)
1 to 2 oz Pacific Sun Woodson Bridge Sevillano Extra Virgin Olive Oil (green wax)
white balsamic vinegar
traditional balsamic vinegar
several cracks of pepper blend
several cracks of sea salt
fresh crushed garlic to taste
1 loaf bread, sliced (to serve)

Blend all ingredients, except bread, together. Serve with bread slices for dipping.
