AVOCADO, TOMATO, AND MOZZARELLA SALAD
2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and cubed 2 tomatoes, chopped 1/2 lb. fat-free mozzarella cheese, cubed 1/4 cup fresh basil (or 2 tsp. dried) 1/3 cup Italian dressing salt and pepper (to taste) Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss and serve.
