AVOCADO CREAM
2 avocados, peeled and stone removed 1/2 of a Spanish onion, finely diced 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/4 lb. light cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce (to taste) salt and black pepper (to taste) crusty fresh bread (to serve) Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Chill 1 hour.
Serve right away with crusty fresh bread.
