FRUITED CREAM CHEESE DIP

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup strawberry preserves
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Beat cream cheese. Add sour cream, strawberry preserves, lemon rind and lemon juice, beating until light and fluffy.

Spoon into serving dish. Serve with fresh fruit.
