Cranberry Vinaigrette (blender)
1 cup cranberry cocktail 1/2 cup chopped fresh cranberries 1/4 cup canola/olive oil blend 4 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp chives 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp sugar Salt and pepper (to taste)
Place all ingredients in a blender and combine.
Serve over tossed salad greens and top with toasted walnuts or pecans.
