CORNED BEEF LASAGNA 1 (12 oz) can
corned beef8 oz
lasagna noodles, uncooked
2 cans (10 3/4 oz each)
condensed cream of chicken soup1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup
ripe black olives, chopped
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 (10 oz) can
cream style corn2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 11x7-inch baking dish.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain.
Crumble corned beef into a bowl. Stir in the chicken soup, onion, olives, green pepper, then add corn.
Put 1/4 cup of this sauce into the prepared baking dish. Alternate 3 layers of noodles, sauce, cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
