SALSA ALLA MARINARA (MARINER'S SAUCE)3 tbsp garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley 1/2 cup olive oil 2 cups chopped, peeled tomatoes 1 tsp crumbled dried oreganosalt and pepper to taste Saute garlic and parsley in oil.
