DELI-STYLE SALAMI ROLLUPS
4 slices all natural nitrate-free Genoa salami 4 tsp mild goat cheese with garlic and chives 4 slices of organic red pear
Lay the salami out. Spread 1 tsp of goat cheese on each piece. Lay a slice of pear over the cheese and roll each salami piece up. If necessary, hold together with a toothpick.
