DIM SUM AND SOY PONZU
frozen Asian Dim Sum appetizers (pot stickers, shu mei and/or assorted dumplings) 1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce 1/8 cup rice vinegar 1 clove minced garlic 2 tsp minced fresh gingerroot 1 tsp chili paste minced scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
Simmer Dim Sum in water or steam them until tender.
Combine other ingredients for a simple Asian Ponzu or dipping sauce. Serve warm.
