DEVILED HAM PUFFS
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1 egg yolk 1 tsp milk 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 (2 1/4 oz) can deviled ham 30 to 35 small rounds of white bread
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Blend cream cheese, egg yolk, milk, and baking powder, together.
Toast bread on one side. Spread untoasted side with devilled ham; cover with mound of cheese mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until puffed and slightly browned.
TO MAKE AHEAD: These can be made ahead, stored in the refrigerator, and baked when ready to serve.
