ANCHOVY PUFFS
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1 cup all-purpose flour anchovy paste (as needed)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Mix together butter, cream cheese and flour. Roll out and cut rounds with a shot glass dipped in flour. Put a dab of anchovy paste in the center of each and fold over like a turnover. Pinch sides together.
Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees F.
