KIX HONEY-ROASTED SNACK MIX

5 cups KIX cereal
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp margarine, butter or spread*
1 cup small pretzel twists
1 cup raisins
1 cup honey-roasted peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Measure cereal into large bowl; set aside.

Heat peanut butter and margarine to boiling in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Pour over cereal in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Spread in ungreased rectangular pan, 13X9X2 inches.

Bake 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in pretzels, raisins and peanuts. Spread on waxed paper.

Cool 2 hours. Store in airtight container.

*If using spread, use only stick that has more than 65% vegetable oil.

Makes 8 cups
