CHEESY ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 4 slices bread, cubed
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups cubed zucchini
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon
garlic salt1 egg, beaten
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Place bread cubes in a medium bowl and toss with melted butter. Add the zucchini, onion, garlic salt and egg; mix well. Transfer the mixture to baking dish and top with the cheese.
Cover with
foil and bake 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Let rest fifteen minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
