CRISPY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

1 cup corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon milk
6 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray; set aside.

In a shallow bowl, combine corn flake crumbs, walnuts, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well. In another shallow bowl, beat together egg with milk until frothy.

Dip the drumsticks into egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture. Arrange drumsticks on prepared baking sheet; drizzle with the melted butter.

Bake until golden and juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife, about 25 to 30 minutes.
