EGGS RANCHERO BRUNCH PIZZA1 cup chunky salsa, drained
1 12-inch
Boboli Original Italian Pizza Crust2 tbsp. corn oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup diced cooked ham
3 green onions, sliced
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Spread salsa evenly on pizza crust; set aside.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add eggs, ham and green onions. Stirring constantly, cook 3 minutes or until eggs are set.
Spoon eggs over salsa; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake on oven rack or ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
