PIZZA WITH HAM AND EGGS 1 12-inch
Boboli Original Italian Pizza Crust*
8 large eggs, well beaten
4 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tbs. shallots, minced
1 tbs. butter
1 tbs. olive oil
1/2 cup ham, diced
1/2 cup Brie cheese, 1-inch cubes
1 tbs. parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Bake pizza crust 8-10 minutes on a baking sheet in lower 1/3 oven.
Meanwhile, combine next 4 ingredients; set aside.
Saute shallots in skillet in butter and oil until tender.
Add egg mixture. Stir constantly until eggs are creamy.
Add ham and cheese and continue to stir until cheese is melted and eggs have set.
Top pizza crust with eggs. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
*For 8-inch pizza crust, use 1/2 ingredients.
