ZUCCHINI MILK - A DAIRY SUBSTITUTE

Peel zucchini and cut into chunks. Toss the chunks into a blender or food processor and blend until liquefied. voila! Zucchini milk!

Use it to replace dairy milk when baking yeast breads, quick breads, cakes, muffins, pancakes, or waffles. It's also great in frozen desserts, puddings, creamy pie fillings, casseroles, soups, and stews.

Freeze zucchini milk in recipe-size containers.
