VERY STRAWBERRY PIE

1 (3 oz) pkg strawberry Jello
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 (3 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup milk
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 (9 inch) baked pie crust, cooled

Completely dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until melted.

Prepare vanilla pudding as directed on package only using 3/4 cup milk, let stand about 2 minutes. Blend in gelatin. Chill, if necessary, until thickened.

Fold in 2 cups of the Cool Whip and strawberries. Pour into crust.

Freeze 1 hour or chill in refrigerator 3 hours before serving.

TO SERVE:
Garnish with remaining Cool Whip and additional berries if desired.
