SIMPLE RASPBERRY CRISP
4 cups Driscoll's raspberries 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour 3 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. orange zest 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine raspberries, flour, sugar, and zest in a shallow baking dish and toss.
Arrange puff pastry over raspberries, trimming edges.
Bake 35 minutes or until top is golden and juice is bubbling.
