IMPOSSIBLE HOT TODDY PIE
1 1/2 cups canned eggnog 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup Bisquick 4 eggs 2 tablespoons rum or 1 teaspoon rum flavoring dash ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9x1-1/4-inch pie plate.
Place all ingredients except nutmeg in blender. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds. Pour into prepared pie plate; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
