FROSTIE NECTARINE SMOOTHIE
Almost like a dessert but without all the calories.
2 fresh California nectarines, quartered 1 1/2 cups diced cantaloupe 1 cup low fat plain yogurt 1 tablespoon honey 10 ice cubes 4 fresh California nectarine slices (optional garnish) sparkling mineral water (optional)
In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except ice and sliced nectarines. Blend until smooth.
Gradually add ice. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately. Garnish with nectarine slices, if desired.
For a thinner consistency, fill glasses half full with sparkling mineral water before adding puree.
