CHEESE AND BROWN RICE CASSEROLE
2 1/2 cups cooked brown rice 3 green onions, chopped 1 cup low fat cottage cheese or hoop cheese 1 tsp dried dill 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup low fat milk
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled casserole.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
