PASTA AND BROCCOLI SALADServings: 4 1 cup penne, fusili, or ziti pasta 2 cups broccoli florets 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 lemon wedge Cook pasta in boiling salted water, 7 minutes. Add broccoli, cook until both pasta and broccoli are tender, about 5 minutes. Drain pasta and broccoli; rinse under cold water. In a small bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil and toss. Squeeze lemon wedge over salad before serving. Source: Everyday Food Magazine; March/April 2003"
