MINTY GRASSHOPPER PIE

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
16 Fudge Mint Cookies, coarsely crushed
1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 ounce) prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
Green food coloring

With mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in EAGLE BRAND® until smooth.

Stir in food coloring, then crushed cookies. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust.

Chill at least 3 hours.

TO SERVE:
Garnish as desired. Serve chilled. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
