CARAMELIZED BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

3 pounds chicken wings
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place chicken in a 13x9-inch baking dish.

Mix the honey, soy sauce, oil, ketchup, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over the chicken.

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for one hour or until sauce is caramelized.
