EASY 'BAKED' BEANS
2 slices bacon, chopped 2 cans (19 oz. each) red kidney beans and/or cannellini beans, rinsed and drained 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion Soup Mix 1 1/2 cups water 1/4 cup ketchup 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
In 3-quart saucepan, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp.
Stir in beans and continue cooking, stirring frequently, 1 minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 20 minutes or until thickened.
