HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN

1 chicken, cut up
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Place chicken, skin side down, in a flat baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight, if possible. Turn chicken, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about one hour. Remove foil, baste chicken and cook an additional 15 minutes.
