AVOCADO CREAM MOLD
1 (3 oz) pkg lime gelatin 1 cup boiling water 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tsp onion juice 4 tsp lemon juice 2 cups mashed avocados (7 to 8 medium) dash of salt 1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds 1/2 cup whipping cream (whipped)
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool until it begins to thicken.
Stir in mayonnaise, onion juice, lemon juice, avocado and salt. Mix in well. Fold in nuts and whipped cream. Spoon into 8 individual molds or 1 quart mold.
Chill until firm. Unmold and serve on a lettuce leaf.
