CHARGRILLED CHICKEN KEBABS
1 tbs olive oil 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed 1 courgette (zucchini), cut into chunks 1 red pepper, diced 1 tbsp Schwartz Chargrilled Chicken Grill & Sizzle Seasoning 1 bag mixed leaf salad
Place oil, chicken, vegetables and Chargrilled Chicken Seasoning in a bowl and mix until evenly coated.
Thread onto 4 skewers or kebab sticks, alternating the chicken and vegetables.
Place on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout.
Serve the kebabs on a bed of mixed leaf salad.
