SPECIAL K PEANUT BUTTER NO BAKE COOKIES
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
4 cups Special K cereal or corn flakes
In large saucepan, cook Karo syrup and sugar until clear and sugar has dissolved (about 5 minutes). Turn off heat.
Add peanut butter and stir to mix well.
Add cereal and stir again.
Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool.
Makes 3-4 dozen
