APRICOT SQUARES
1 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 cups quick oats 3/4 cup butter 1 cup apricot jam
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine ingredients except the jam. Pack 2/3 of the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Spread with the jam. Sprinkle with remaining crumb-like mixture.
Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut into squares.
