BANANA RUM MUFFINS
3 cups Bisquick 1 cup mashed banana 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup rum 1 egg FOR THE GLAZE (optional): 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease or paper line 12 muffin tins.
Mix all ingredients together (batter will be lumpy). Fill tins about 1/2 full.
Bake until light brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from tins immediately.
Glaze, if desired, with mixture of powdered sugar and 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp water.
