PARTY-TIME ICE CREAM

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy (whipping) cream, whipped
10 chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped (about 1 cup pieces)
1 (10-ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped

Blend together sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.

Fold in whipped cream, cookies and cherries.

Pour into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan or 2-quart container. Cover; freeze 6 hours or until firm.

Makes 1 1/2 quarts
