GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE
2 cans (4oz each) chopped green chilis 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese. shredded 4 eggs 2 Tablespoons flour 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk 1 pound Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded 2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degres F.
Place the chopped chilis in the bottom of a 13x9-inch casserole pan. Layer with grated cheddar cheese.
Combine eggs, flour, and milk and pour over the layers.
Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Remove from oven and top with the Monterey Jack cheese, then the tomato sauce. Bake 15 minutes more.
