MARINATED MUSHROOMS AND PEPPERS
2 (7 oz each) jars pimentos, drained and chopped 1 (6 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained 1/3 cup wine vinegar 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 clove garlic, finely minced 1 tsp basil 1 tsp oregano freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Combine all ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Refrigerate leftovers.
