MARINATED TOMATO-BEAN SALAD
2 cups cooked or canned green beans, drained 1 1/2 cups peeled fresh tomatoes, chopped 1/3 cup finely chopped onion FOR THE DRESSING: 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup Italian-style salad dressing 1/4 tsp dill seed 1/2 tsp sugar 1/8 tsp pepper fresh tomato wedges (for garnish)
Combine beans, tomatoes, and onion in mixing bowl.
Combine sour cream, Italian dressing, dill seed, sugar and pepper and mix well. Pour dressing mixture over vegetables, mixing until coated. Chill at least 3 hours.
Garnish with tomato wedges to serve.
